The entire premises can be booked for events such as birthdays, family events, intimate weddings, corporate retreats & functions for groups of up to 22 overnight guests and up to 50 walk-in guests. Events are on request ONLY. Please enquire via our contact us page to ensure we are a suitable venue for your event.

Useful to know
- Events bookings can be made on request ONLY, and must be communicated and agreed to by the Toka team well in advance of your reservation.
- No loud noise or music is permitted after 9:00 p.m. This is due to conditions imposed in our tourism license and out of respect for our neighbours.
- Hosting an event at Toka Ridge usually requires booking the entire premise so as not to infringe on the quiet enjoyment of other guests.
- You must not exceed the walk-in or overnight guest limit for your villa or on the property at any time. We do not permit camping or guests sleeping on couches.

- We are happy to recommend, caterers, musicians, Dj's, etc. however we are strictly a self-service accommodation. We do not coordinate events. We do not require you to use any of our recommended 3rd party operators, nor do we take a commission or kickback if you do.
- For proposed events that are larger and run later, we can partner with The Hamurana Golf Course and Natural Springs. They serve as an event venue and we can accommodate guests. They are a 2 minute drive down the road and have large magnificent grounds with access to a marque and club house.
- No confetti, glitter, party poppers or streamers are allowed onsite at Toka Ridge.
Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
For group bookings or events we charge a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your desired dates with the remainder 50% due no less than 3 weeks out from your reservation date. We do not block dates without payment, we do not offer payment plans or Afterpay.
Cancellation Policy
For Group Bookings or events as mentioned above the initial 50% deposit is non refundable. Once the 2nd half of the deposit is made 3 weeks prior to your booking it is also non refundable. Toka Ridge will NOT grant a refund for ANY reason. “Any reason” can include but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions/ events, illness (COVID 19), family emergency etc. Selling dates at short notice is very unlikely. If you still wish to cancel and we are able to resell the dates to another customer, then we will provide a refund for the number of days that are re-booked.
Date Change
For group bookings or events you may change the dates once before 6 weeks prior to your arrival (subject to availability).
Feedback & Refunds
We greatly value our customers and endeavour to provide the highest standard of hospitality, cleanliness, responsiveness and service to our guests humanly possible. We appreciate constructive criticism and are always looking for ways to improve. If you feel that way have in some way fallen short on that promise we ask that you communicate this with us as soon as possible (preferably before you post a review) so we can quickly rectify the situation with you directly.
